Certified Instructors for Schools

This instructive course is focused on training you, a trained security professional or person otherwise responsible for your school’s safety strategy, to train others in the efficient and effective use of Reflex Protect® products. It is designed to provide easy-to-follow guidelines for instructing your colleagues and staff how to respond appropriately to threats of violence or a potential armed aggressor, especially in stressful situations.

The course videos also include demonstrations of the use Reflex Protect® Inert Practice Units and how best to use them to establish comfort and ease of use in your own classes. (Inert Training Units Sold Separately.)

As a trainer, you are guided in methods to inform administrators about the “why” to implement Reflex Protect®, as well as instructing faculty, staff, and other security in “how, when, and when not” to use Reflex Protect®.

Videos include demonstrations of Reflex Protect® Presidia Gel® Live Spray and how best to incapacitate an aggressor and demonstrations involving the revolutionary Reflex Remove™ clean-up procedure. Those who have completed the Reflex Protect® Training Course for Trainers will be awarded a certification lasting two years.

Designees must meet parameters set by Reflex Protect® in order to qualify.  Instructors are to teach employees of their university or school district.
